Someone recently asked me. He worked in HSBC if I remember right.  ” With RMD if you start hiring people, what would be your corporate culture? ” That’s something I had never really thought of but I know for sure the title of this blog would be it. This is so vital not just in a company but for life too. If you start recognising those people and deleting them from your life; everything will be 100 times better. You’ll have more energy, more positivity. And your overall outlook will be so much better and you’ll see opportunities and chances rather than being cynical and gloomy. Speaking from experience lol!

I get that sometimes its easier said than done but you can do it slowly.
