I’m so sure I’ve heard this song before. Either on a movie or tv show. It sonically sounds so dope.

You cannot deny the obvious connotations being implied in this song. But it waht I get from this song is that the person writing this song recognises the smooth words a potential suitor is trying to put on her. And they feel they’re wrestling with their flesh to not succumb to their feelings they’re starting to feel.

Have you ever been in a conversation with someone and just had to actively hold yourself from saying something very disrespectful. As someone that thinks too much this is something I certainly go through everyday haha. But it’s the constant wrestling with your flesh to not say something you’re itching to. And its a constant struggle and it doesn’t get any easier haha.

All I’d say is that it is something you can certainly manage and I genuinely hope it gets easier for you.  And for me!
