Ola

Working full-time and having RMD people ask me how are you able to manage to do both? I usually say somethiing cool like it’s my passion what I love to do or something like that. But in reality I really don’t know lol! Having so many things to balance at the same time I have no idea how it gets done, but it does.

One of the things though I really like to do is to do nothing. I almost like it as much as I like doing anything involved with RMD. On bank holiday Monday it was really hot, the one just gone- 7th of May- I drove to a nearby park sat down and did nothing. Didn’t talk to anyone, didn’t look at my emails, didn’t look on instagram; just did nothing.  I feel as though this is vital in life for sanity because sometimes we can get so hung up on what’s going on we need to just stop, look around, smell the freshly cut grass, enjoy life for what it is. Even it is just for 10 minutes.

There’s a reason why the most popular app out right now is called Calm. With the busyness of life and constant connection of social media there’s no stillness. People are craving this.
