This is an amazing but I feel as though it has been diluted. For many reasons. The vines and lyrics that have replaced the original. Such as from the comments section of the Youtube video: I believe I could fly, I got shot by the FBI, All I wanted was Burger King, But all they gave me was Chicken Wings.  Hilarious you have to admit lol.

Also the controversy surrounding the artist R.Kelly doesn’t help.

But regardless this doesn’t take away from the depths of what he is actually saying. Everyone can fly in whatever it is they are doing, but actually “flying” is not easy. This is a song that if taken on its own without the extra baggage on the outside is definitely one of the greatest pieces of music ever written. Big Statement but its true. Name five songs that have had such impact as this? It’s difficult but this is definitely up there.
