As I write this. I legit have the Google Santa Tracker open in another tab currently he’s in Porto Amboim, Angola. Wonder how he likes the weather there, assuming it would be very different to the North Pole.

The amount of renditions and cover versions this song has insane. Over 200! Just finding the original(earliest version) was a bit harder than expected.

I remember when I was youngerand I was so adamant that Santa exists and people in school would try to argue that there’s no such thing I need to get a grip. Something everyone would have experienced at some point. Getting older I’ve realised Santa, Christmas and the Holidays as a whole represent something more. They represent hope and optimism. And there’s a saying: ” hope deferred, makes the heart sick”. So if you’re not hopeful for something (Anything!), then you”re not really living.

So whether you believe in Santa or not.  Don’t me a miserable prick this Christmas, keep your negative, dark energy to yourself and be happy, optimistic and enjoy the festivities.

As I finish writing this. Santa is currently in Palermo, Italy. He moves so FAAST!!
