If you have read any of my early blogs. You may  be aware that one of my favourite ever songs is U2- Beautiful Day.  The choice for Song Of the Week is from U2 but this song is a song I have never heard before.

The lyrics of this song certainly resonate with me. In the few years of life I’ve had on this Earth I’m starting to discover this song is so true in so many ways. When I was young I had the perception I needed to be this, do this achieve that. But if you’re not helping others or trying to make someone else’s life easier; what’s the point ? Selfish ambition is a waste of time.

Because there are so many songs from Bricklane and  so many of my friends want to get involved with Song Of the Week. I need to get through them all. So I will be doing two Song of The Week choices each week from next week.
