I’m not a big fan of politics. If I was honest I would pretty much say that I detest it. The lies, the misleading information, the lack of transparency its all a pretty murky industry to be honest. But the only thing is that despite my detest for politics I can’t get away from it even if I wanted to.

It’s like saying I hate football( soccer) and you live England. Well, you can’t really get away from it.

For instance: You’re trying to go see your friend at 2pm and you call to  tell her you’re going to be late because traffic is insane. You’re  late because  all these fans in jerseys and scarves are walking in the same direction going somewhere. You don’t know where, you don’t know why and honestly you just don’t care, but it is affecting you.  The next time you go out you may have to take an interest in football match times to avoid traffic.

That’s is the relationship which I have with politics, I detest it but I can’t deny it does affect me. Dave says a lot in this song and it has a very 2pac contemplation feel to it. And there are so many things that I could go into about themes in the song. From imperialism to its after affects such as mass migration and the ever recycling political leaders that come and go; but  I honestly wouldn’t be able to stop writing. So I will call a halt here and say just enjoy the song choice from Jake aka Big Jambz!!
