About 6 years ago I met a family friend for the first time his name was Martin. He asked me what kind of music I was listening to and I showed him. To put it mildly he didn’t like it at all haha. Then he started putting me on to some of the artists that he used to listen to when he was younger. Then he played a few songs from the group- of this week’s SOTW amongst other artists such as Erykah Badu and Q-Tip. I loved the lyricism and the smoothness of their tracks and in Martin’s expressive manner he would say to me: ” Yeah, yeah this is the shit, real music. None of all that 2chainz you listen to.”

I don’t know what his beef was with 2chainz lol. But yeah I love the feel of Ghost’s choice and I hope it’s something you enjoy vibing to.
