Have you ever watched the news and thought to yourself? Why did I need such detailed information? And were the pictures and videos necessary? Like, really?
But then you realise that even journalism is fuelled on getting as much attention as possible so they can maximise their advertisement revenue. But why does it have to be negative? Why are people infatuated with the negative?
I try to go on Twitter now and again to see what the people are saying. You know stay sharply in tune with how people are feeling, there’s a saying that Twitter is ran by the streets and I 100% agree with that.
But being on Twitter for too long isn’t good for me though. The other month I was spending more time on the platform than I should have been and I started getting ideas of what more I can do with the brand, things that were completely contrary to what RMD is about and who I am.
To give you examples, what about going on Instagram Live and aggressively triggering people, or talking about everything that’s wrong with the current government, or making posts subliminally insulting other people.
You might think how can you get such ideas? That’s not Good Vibes AT ALL. But that’s it energy is transferrable, even in the written word.
I say this to my friends and family all the time. But have you ever heard someone say: “I love hanging out with that person, they are so negative! They complain all the time, they’re always insulting and degrading others. I just love it, we’re supposed to be hanging out tomorrow in fact!”
Nobody says that lol. That kind of thing drains you of your energy and you find difficulty being able to progress as an individual. How do I know? I used to be like that! But now I know better, so I do better. And I hope that with the content we put out, you can grow in positivity and become an even greater version of yourself.
